The New Ministries Fund program (established from the change of Conference Centers and the closure of our outdoor ministry center) awards up $15,000 in support of new ministry initiatives — particularly those which connect congregations and local communities. Current funding initiatives include support of new preschool programs, child diaper bank, a ministry of Healing, Wholeness and Restoration, mission projects in partnership with local helping agencies and worship experiences specifically designed for use outside the church.
More details and an application can be found here. Deadlines happen twice annually January 1 and July 1 of each year. Each new ministry applicant is required to complete a full report within a year of receiving the grant.
