Events: Visit the Conference Events page for dates and locations as these annual events are scheduled.

Each year the Conference sponsors a variety of events designed to deepen and undergird the spiritual journeys of individuals and faith communities. These events are developed by the PSEC Spiritual Life Mission Team.

Clergy Retreat Days: Clergy Day Apart events are designed for the renewal and spiritual enrichment of church leaders. They are held at various times and locations throughout the year.

Lenten Awakenings: Lenten Awakenings is a series of studies for individuals who desire to deepen their reflective journey toward Holy Week and Easter. The Lenten Awakening series is hosted at various churches around the Conference.

Quiet Days: Members of the Spiritual Life Mission Team invite all who desire a ‘time apart’ to join them for Quiet Days at New Goshenhoppen UCC, 1070 Church Road, East Greenville, PA 18041. Quiet Days are held on the first Tuesday of each month from 9:30 am-1:00 pm, as a time for spiritual retreat, reflection and renewal. The day begins gently with food for thought shared by a member of the Spiritual Life Mission Team. This is followed by a time for individual reflection and solitude. Participants have the opportunity to re-gather around the lunch table for fellowship, sharing and prayer. Quiet Days are designed to open new avenues of communing with God, and to give opportunity for sharing faith journeys and stories. They allow for Sabbath time in the midst of our busy world. Some come to Quiet Days as a regular discipline of renewal and stress reduction. Others come just to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature in all its seasons. Why not set aside one weekday a month to regroup with God. Each participant is asked to bring a Bible, journal, pen and bag lunch. No formal registration is necessary; just come and see what God has in store for you!

Walking with God: Among the most popular of the spirituality events is the annual Walking with God retreat, a two-day event held each fall. It features well-known speakers and retreat leaders in the field of spirituality and prayer. There are workshops on various spiritual practices and diverse activities which in the past have included: yoga, massage, hiking, walking the labyrinth, prayerful art expressions, and more.
