The Brothers Karamazov discussion at Contemplative Spirituality

Craig H. Bennett will offer a spiritual analysis of the novel, The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoyevsky at the monthly gathering of Contemplative Spirituality on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 257 W. Walnut St., Kutztown. All are welcome and there is no fee.

Bennett will discuss the many questions the novel raises regarding spirituality, morality and ethics, the conflict between the Roman Catholic and the Russian Orthodox churches, and as well as the complexity of human relationships.

He has also worked as an on-camera and voice-over actor in the Philadelphia and New York markets. He is presently retired from the two-year college faculty of Valley Forge Military Academy and College in Wayne.

If there is sufficient interest, we may follow this overview with a monthly book club discussion of The Brothers Karamazov. Please inform Dr. Harry L. Serio,  hlserio@aol.com, if you would like to be part of such a group.
