Join the Covenant Association’s Justice & Witness group as they sponsor the monthly prayer vigil at the Berks County Family Detention Center in February. This Center is one of only 3 institutions in the US that holds men and their children as prisoners while they seek asylum in our country. We will sing, pray and have a call to action in support of these families who are seeking a better, safer life for their families. Join us as we show these immigrants the love of neighbor through our support. Signs of encouragement for the families as well as a call for their release are welcome. Parking for the event is behind the gathering area in the Berks Heim parking lot.
