The PSEC Church and Ministry Council presents a Diversity Awareness Training for pastors on
Tuesday, September 11th.  This training is in support of the Resolution passed at last summer’s General Synod that asks Committees on Ministry to require all authorized ministers to regularly complete training on Cultural Diversity/Sensitivity and Institutional Racism.

The presenter, Dr. Angela Mosby is a former Human Resources Officer with expertise in various aspects of human resources management in the public sector. After 30+ successful years of service, she retired and transitioned into an encore career as a professor, teaching and mentoring graduate students in the School of Business at three universities.

Angela has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Lincoln University in PA. She earned a Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. Her dissertation, entitled, “Exploring Older Workers’ Full Employee Engagement in Knowledge Sharing in Federal Sector Success,” focused on employee engagement, knowledge sharing, transformative change and leadership.
