Advanced Boundary Training – Supervising Staff – VIA RECORDED SESSION

This is an opportunity to watch a recorded training, which took place March 10th and submit paperwork for Advanced Boundary credit.

Class synopsis: Should church members be paid members of staff? Should the Pastor be ‘head of staff’? How and when do you end a staff member’s tenure? Staff supervision, especially in congregations and faith communities, requires a unique set of skills and very clear boundaries. If you feel like your education prepared you for everything but this critical part of authorized ministry, you are not the only one. No matter the size of your church, healthy, effective working relationships rely on clear lines of authority, defined expectations and good communication.

To obtain credit you will be given the link to watch the training, You will also be given the paperwork you must complete to obtain training. This opportunity to watch the video will only exist for a one week period. April 18-24. You will have one week additional to complete and submit paperwork for credit.
