A presentation and discussion on the use of technology to facilitate feelings of awe, wonder, transcendence, and mindfulness. The excessive use of personal devices, such as smartphones and laptops, can lead to the deterioration of mental and physical health. We will look at technology and the use of applications to improve the well-being of its users.
