Contemplative Spirituality is a small discussion group that has explored various forms of spiritual expression and practice, such as meditation, labyrinth walking, mystical states of consciousness, and the various modes of communication with God and with one another. All are welcome and there is no charge.

Cultures are more often judged by their religious ceremonies.  Perhaps an equally important indication of their devotion is the personal spiritual beliefs and practices of the members of that culture. Focus will be on the Lakota Sioux, but other native cultures will be reviewed.
