This advanced boundary training will explore the moments in pastor ministry when the confidential conversations between pastors and congregants must be broken for the safety of others. Through exploring the Mandatory Reporting laws in Pennsylvania, the UCC Ministerial Code of Ethics, participants will have a clearer sense of the times when the boundaries around received information need to broken, and when they should not. (NOTE: this is NOT a replacement for state mandated requirements for Mandatory Reporting Training).
