Regardless of who wins the upcoming national election for President emotions will no doubt run high.  How do individuals and congregations move beyond simply avoiding conversations about their differences?  What skills help us engage each other well?  This workshop will focus on what makes tough conversations productive and safe when deep differences and emotions run high.
