Can ministry really be part-time? What is reasonable to expect of your bivocational pastor? How can pastors and congregations successfully navigate shared or bivocational ministry? This advanced boundaries training workshop is designed for clergy, MIDs, and consistory members as they consider issues distinct to bivocational or multivocational ministry. Topics include: time management, scheduling, clarification of roles and responsibilities, self-care; preparing the congregation for bivocational ministry; and creating a covenant of expectations or “Bi-vocational Ministry Agreement.”
