Sometimes pastors and their families feel like they live in a glass house. Sometimes a spouse and/or children can feel imposed upon. Sometimes the lines of being a part of the same community as the pastor can make it challenging for the pastor’s family. During this training we will consider ways to be mindful of maintaining boundaries as a clergy family. We will look at a couple of cases and then use the collective wisdom of the group to consider healthy ways to navigate those situations with faithfulness and good boundaries.
