Boundaries in Ministry:  Tools from Congregatinal Systems Theory
Using his training as a “Healthy Congregations (https://www.healthycongregations.com/) facilitator, Rev. Kevin McLemore will cover basic congregational systems and their application for pastors navigating increasingly anxious congregations. A mixture of basic systems theory, videos and discussion will be used during the 2.5 hr. training.
