St. Peter’s Reformed UCC, 219 Maidencreek Road, of Molltown is located in Richmond Township, near Fleetwood. Our rural setting boasts a fine view of the East Penn Valley, along the Route 222 corridor. Our congregation dates back to the early 1700’s and today includes descendants of its first members.
We support our local food bank and some of our members serve as volunteers throughout the community and county. During the year, we offer an “all you can eat” turkey pot pie supper on the first Saturday of May and October. We’re told we have the best pot pie “around!” We frequently enjoy Bluegrass music during Sunday worship and at events in our picnic grove.
Pastor Darryl Hamm has challenged those of us who are interested to read the Bible in one year. Our adult class has been meeting each Sunday after the worship service to enjoy a lunch and share our questions and thoughts about the past week’s Bible readings. It has been an interesting journey of self-examination and search for a better understanding of the Word. To learn more about St. Peter’s UCC, visit our website: stpetersmolltown.org.
